Welcome to SocialXperience - where Web 2.0 news comes together. We strive to partner with innovative and leading Web 2.0 companies who would like to post company news and industry insights on the SocialXperience Blog in order to increase Buzz and awareness of their brands. Click Participate if you would like to join our growing list of quality partners!
SocialXperience was created to offer Social Networking, mobile, and web 2.0 news directly from the source in a unique, customizable user interface. The rapid rate of innovation that is occurring on the net has created a high demand for blogs that cover the web 2.0 industry.
Our unique format means that instead of a few editors looking at the industry from the outside, the Blog is edited by the teams behind the companies that you see covered here at SocialXperience.com. Everything you read here truly is straight from the source! So If you'd like to read about a company that isn't represented here, let them know that they should sign up at SXP.com...and let me know so that I can invite them!
Anything posted by a SocialXperience Partner will be displayed on the main blog, but if you’d like to drill down, you can use the top navigation bar to view posts from an industry segment, such as mobile or music, or you can even view content from an individual company by clicking on their logo.
The top navigation bar also gives you access to our widgets that can be arranged around the main blog window so that you can stay on top of the headlines from many other great news resources such as TechCrunch, Mashable, and GigaOM. Our Gmail and Notes widgets are also now available. A larger selection of widgets is being developed for things like weather, calendar, box.net, and more.
All of your settings are automatically saved, so everything will be just as you left it when you return; customize your SocialXperience page and enjoy!
Many thanks to the talented team at ElipseAgency - they listened to my concept for SocialXperience and created everything you see today.

There has been much speculation about the future of social networking and what it might
Two new SXP Widgets are now available - Gmail and Notes. Just click 'Widgets' above and select the Email Icon or the Notes Icon, and remember, we automatically save your settings, so the widgets will be there when you return! Our new default jpg background is pretty cool too...if you can't see it on your page, click 'Customize' and then 'Reset to Defaults.' Enjoy!
We’ve created a new SXPWidget that can be customized to any color and width and can easily be inserted on your blog or website. You can see it in action on our widget customization page, or on the popular web 2.0 blogs where is currently being displayed – CenterNetworks.com and Rev2.org.

yourminis has also recently added our feed to the web 2.0 category on their startpage, so be sure to add us to your minis page!
Kristen Nicole over at Mashable wrote us up today, so Thanks for spreading the word! We were reviewed as a start page, with competitors such as pageflakes and symbaloo, although my main focus for this site has always been to develop a quality list of partners (companies like Ustream.tv, Revver, JuiceCaster) to provide interesting content to the (sxp) blog about their companies as well as their insights on the web 2.0 industry from an insider's perspective. That is something that I feel has never been done, and it has the potential to change the way these types of companies go about marketing their sites and interacting with potential users of their services.
